Anthem: EA admits crashes on PlayStation 4, BioWare at work to solve the problem


Last weekend, Sony Interactive Entertainment began to reimburse buyers of the digital version of Anthem for PlayStation 4 that have applied for reimbursement following numerous game crashes. EA has now intervened on the issue.

With a message posted on the Twitter profile EA Help, the publisher confirmed the presence of these issues on the Sony console and assured that BioWare is working to solve unexpected crashes on PlayStation 4 . The origin of the latter is not yet known but the developers will investigate thoroughly to understand the cause and of course provide a solution that can make Anthem playable without any unforeseen technical problems.

At the moment Electronic Art s did not talk about reimbursement, anyone who bought the game on the PlayStation Store can, however, advance the request for assistance Sony which will evaluate each individual case and will reimburse buyers if necessary. Anthem arrives in February, preorder it on at 62.99 euros and receive exclusive bonus content, including the Banner of Founders, unique emblem to be used in play.
