Square Enix today announced that Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster and Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age are now available for pre-order. These two classics will be released in April on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One.
Some of the key features of Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age include high-resolution graphics, original and remastered soundtrack and a new Challenge mode. Other improvements include:
- Reset and re-assign trades : speaking with Montblanc, head of the Centurio Clan, in Rabanastre, players will be able to reset and reassign the trades of group members, allowing them to customize them at will.  New Gambit combinations : the Gambit system allows players to customize the group AI. It will now be possible to create three unique sets and change them depending on the situation, such as during the map exploration or the boss fights.
- New Game Mode + improved : allows players to start the game with group members at level 90 and to keep some items like weapons, spells and gil, obtained during previous games.
- Specifications for Xbox One X : support up to 60 fps
Square Enix has also unveiled a new trailer for Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster which shows an exciting story and addictive gameplay that players will be eager to try. The game will include modern graphics, the ability to switch between the original and the remastered soundtrack and dozens of hours of play for unforgettable adventures.
Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster will be available on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One from April 16 while Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age will be available from April 30.
