Officially presented at Sony's recent State of Play, the Iceborne expansion of Monster Hunter World is set to make its debut in the title.
Following the release of the first trailer, Capcom pointed out that Iceborne will be a substantial expansion, the quantity of which will even rival those of the basic version of Monster Hunter World . Further information has also recently emerged following the publication of an interview with the developers by the well-known Japanese magazine Famitsu . During this interesting chat, the team shared very interesting details.
From this we learn for example that Hoarfrost Reach the snowy region introduced by Iceborne, will be " the most wide of all the fields present in Monster Hunter World ". In virtue of the vastness of the area, the developers have developed some solutions that can prevent the movement from becoming a problem. As made clear by the first images shown, Hoarfrost Reach will be an area with a harsh climate, but players will find relief thanks to some hot springs which will have an effect similar to that of hot drinks.
Are you curious to learn more? The wait will not be long: during the interview it was confirmed that, as already anticipated in Everyeye, new details on Iceborne will be presented at E3 2019.
